Our latest photo shoot!

(In this photo we've used both classic and contemporary elements:Kidney couch, Mahogany Wingback chair, Hamilton coffee table, Brass sidetable, Mahogany tea trolley, Mahogany fire surround, Painted Bird console)

We all know that this time of the year is filled with endings and closings, but for us at Griffiths & Griffiths it means the opposite, we will be working hard to realize your every decorating dream.

"Should I perhaps consider redecorating", "could I re-upholster an old piece", "I could combine a classic piece with the contemporary" - Whatever the question, the question relates to new beginnings, fresh ideas and designs in and around the home, because now is the time that most people will spend at home, savouring the beautiful African summers or having friends and colleagues over for year end functions.

The following few months will be a time for fresh beginnings which is why Griffiths & Griffiths thought it would be fitting to show off a few fresh ideas combined with the classic in their latest photo shoot!

The shoot was done for an article in SA Homeowner which will be on the shelves soon! We shared our secrets and savvy on "What is in" and "What is hot"... or fresh if this is what you're after. The focus of the article is on the latest fabric trends, but we are also showing how to successfully combine classic and contemporary elements to create a beautifully balanced room.

Look out for the next SA Homeowner to read the full article!
